CUSTOMISE YOUR HOUSE PLAN

We can customise each of our online house plans to suit your individual needs and local council requirements. Customisation starts from AU$80 per room or AU$60 per hour for larger alterations. For plans customised per the hour, a quote will be arranged for your approval prior to commencement of any alteration work.

You Buy the House Plan. You Own the Copyright.

Our copyright policy is unique. Once you buy one of our online house plans, you also buy the right to alter and change our house plans to suit your needs. Other house plan design companies do not have this policy, meaning that once you buy their house plans, you do not have the right to take the plan to another designer and have them alter any aspect of the design. When you buy a plan with us, you can take your plan to any draftsperson, architect or building designer and they have the right to work directly on our original concept, without breaching copyright. This flexibility is great for those who already have a draftsperson or building designer working for them. If you do not have another draftsperson in mind, though, why not get us to make the alterations for you?
